I’m here with Isabel Curry. Tell me what you liked best about working with Team Junell?
The fact that we were successful, that we got the house sold. And once the house was sold the whole operation seemed to move quite quickly and smoothly. There’s always something about selling your home that’s a little emotional and more than a little stressful, however Team Junell seemed to understand that and be patient with me as a seller and helped me through the whole process.
I found that anytime I called you, you would respond and bless you, you had an easy phone number to memorize so I could call in the number and you were very good about answering questions and making certain that I felt that you were overseeing the whole process, so I really appreciated that.
Tell us a little bit about the team you experienced; having a team working for you versus just a single agent. Did you find a benefit?
Yes, yes, I did. There was always someone who could comfort me and let me know that whatever concerns I had were being addressed. It worked very well. Anytime I called, somebody would answer. If it wasn’t a live person, there was always a message, and he would really get back to me.
Great. So did you feel that we had your best interests at heart?
Oh, very much so, yes.
So tell us about that. What would make you say that?
Well, for one thing, you treasure your reputation. You want to make sure that people who use your team will say good things about you, and your reputation is one of the most precious parts of your whole operation. So that’s what I felt quite confident that you were out to please me and you did.
