Level of service not offered by others

Junell Group was recommended to us by Revel Rancharrah and we had experienced their professionalism firsthand through their monthly seminars. Even though we had a neighbor who was a Realtor as well as an agent we used in the past to buy and sell, they did not offer the level of service Junell Group does. Their team organized an estate sale, the movers, packing and unpacking. Jon computer generated a floorplan of our new residence and with the measurements of our furniture was able to help us decide what items to take with us and what to leave behind. Brett and team prepared our home for sale, marketed and sold it. While on the market, Brett kept us updated on feedback from potential buyers and gave us weekly updates. Took a humongous burden off my back

You did everything that I wanted and needed. And there were things that I didn’t know that I needed that you told me that I needed, and it turned out I did need them. I chose you because you were one of the ones that were suggested by the retirement community and I just picked you off the top of the list. It was a fortuitous event.

You were prompt with things, you were very professional, you knew what was going on, and you knew what to do. And since I didn’t, I depended heavily on you and I was most satisfied with the results. You told me what I needed to know, and you told me how to go about doing what I needed to do and you knew the people who could help accomplish those things which I did not. And so the whole thing was – to me it was a great success. It worked out, actually, far better than I’d ever hoped it would. And I can’t expect anything better than that.

So what about the price? Were you happy with the price you got?

Yeah, I was more than happy. I was elated. It was far more than I had ever expected. And it’s made the ensuing events in my life a lot easier. And as far as I’m concerned, I don’t see how it could have done better than that anywhere or anywhere else or under any other circumstances.

With the staging of the house and the things that we did, I was concerned with the money I needed to spend to bring the home up to snuff. Will I get the money back? I got it back in spades. That was another thing I didn’t know. I depended on you and your team to tell me what I needed to do. I did it and absolutely have no regrets whatsoever.

I feel that you took me down the path and it wasn’t a primrose path. It was the path that I needed to go down and I’m very, very happy for that. You helped with all the arrangements. And basically, you did all sorts of things that I suppose I could’ve done, but it would have been an awful ordeal for me to have to have done it.

You, basically you took a humongous burden off my back and I more than appreciate that.

Specialize in working with Seniors

Hugh and l thank you for providing the care, concern and attention to detail that made it possible for us to move from our home to a senior living residence with a minimum of confusion.

From the beginning, you provided a clear picture of what we needed to do to make our house as salable as possible with your staging. And the people you worked with who did the alterations were very competent and cooperative.

The house sold quickly and the price we received exceeded our expectations. But we especially appreciate your relocation people. I don’t know how we would have managed without them. They were great, and by the end of the day we moved in, TV, phones and computer were all working. Pictures were attractively grouped and hung on the wall, and our household goods were stored in logical locations in cupboards and cabinets. When I look around and see other people who did not have a move manager and are living amid chaos with boxes full of their possessions for days on end, I realize how fortunate we are.

You were out to please me and you did

I’m here with Isabel Curry. Tell me what you liked best about working with Team Junell?

The fact that we were successful, that we got the house sold. And once the house was sold the whole operation seemed to move quite quickly and smoothly. There’s always something about selling your home that’s a little emotional and more than a little stressful, however Team Junell seemed to understand that and be patient with me as a seller and helped me through the whole process.

I found that anytime I called you, you would respond and bless you, you had an easy phone number to memorize so I could call in the number and you were very good about answering questions and making certain that I felt that you were overseeing the whole process, so I really appreciated that.

Tell us a little bit about the team you experienced; having a team working for you versus just a single agent. Did you find a benefit?

Yes, yes, I did. There was always someone who could comfort me and let me know that whatever concerns I had were being addressed. It worked very well. Anytime I called, somebody would answer. If it wasn’t a live person, there was always a message, and he would really get back to me.

Great. So did you feel that we had your best interests at heart?

Oh, very much so, yes.

So tell us about that. What would make you say that?

Well, for one thing, you treasure your reputation. You want to make sure that people who use your team will say good things about you, and your reputation is one of the most precious parts of your whole operation. So that’s what I felt quite confident that you were out to please me and you did.

A professional team makes all the difference

We chose the team because it is a man and a women and wife felt that she needed a woman on the team, which you of course Annette, and that has worked out very well because Jacqueline has always felt like she could call her and get any questions answered that a female needs to ask, that’s been good for us.

We like the professionalism of the team and how you’ve handled everything. The office staff is excellent so if you weren’t there, we could talk to your assistant and she would know what to do so that worked out very well for us.

We would do it again because it has all turned out very well.
